Established in 1946 by Jim and Hazel Wood, Woods Household has built a rich history of providing quality products and service after the sale. After starting as a retailer of household appliances in downtown Clare after World War II, we quickly progressed into carrying other products. As a matter of fact, we were one of the first retailers in the area to sell televisions when they hit the market! Woods has continued to build on that experience and grown into what you see today. Now offering 25,000 square feet of showroom just North of the downtown area, Woods is proud to have become your one stop shop for appliances, flooring, bedding, electronics and furniture.
